Owner and barbeque expert Teddy Rojas created Backyard BBQ in the spring of 2004, with a vision of creating Anytown's ultimate BBQ experience. Trained in the fine art of low and slow smoking at the age of ten, Teddy has spent his life cooking some of best barbeque around. Teddy brings his love and passion to every event he takes part in. Teddy started his career helping his uncle at the family functions, and many local events. He works with all the local schools and youth sporting events to give back to community and share his love of BBQ.
